The real power of digital collections lies in their potential accessibility to a target audience. This, however, assumes the target audience knows about the resource and how to access it. This is where marketing becomes essential. In the Web 2.0 era it is vital to understand the tools available to you to get your digital collections “out there” to the audience you want to reach.
Jamaaludeen uniquely combines an in-depth knowledge of and background in technology with psychology and human behaviour to equip participants to reach the audience they want to reach.
